The other interesting thing is to map the key deposit amounts and time frame with which certain confidence you know which cohort the player will end up in, helping your marketing team to focus on those ‘underperforming’ players. Not a catch all marketing blast

Why not use median revenue per player rather than average as a metric. That would remove the distortion caused by whales.
